The more specialized a vehicle is, the more difficult it is for us to put it on alternative contracts and therefore our contractual conditions will be imposed. Leases are a form of leasing. Until now, leases of operations, including leases, have been classified off-balance-sheet. However, from January 2019, some companies will have to include in their balance sheets all their leasing contracts, whether they are financing, operating or leasing contracts. This change only applies to those using the IFRS accounting model – in the UK, IFRS is necessary for any company operating in a regulated market and is allowed, but not necessary for SMEs. For more information on the lease balance sheet change, click here. Under the terms of the agreement, directors will receive a 2.5% salary increase in 2019, followed by 3% increases in 2020 and 2021. Crew members receive an annual salary increase of 3% during each of the three years of the activity. The agreement will enter into force on January 1, 2019 and will apply to all production in Canada, excluding B.C and Quebec. Do you have a code of conduct?
